As one of my first project cuts on the Laser (which still needs a name btw), I cut out the Old School Rocket, created and shared on Thingiverse by Mathieu Glachant. I first cut it out on card board to see how well it would work, then after I was happy with the results, I cut it out on MDF. Had a blast making it.

Nope, it doesnt. Its more of a desk toy 😛 Making a flying version wouldnt be that hard at all tho…. would just have to re-make the cross-sections to make it more aerodynamic and fill in the fins, then open up the bottom and size it for a model rocket motor 🙂

Wouldn’t it be a more fun desk toy if it did those things?
